We hope everyone had a great weekend. We're excited to start the week off by hitting 50% of our funding goal! This is fantastic news, especially only being 5 days into the campaign. Thank you so much for all of your support so far. It's great to see a community come together so fast with many driving the hype in our Discord channel and talking all things Deathground. Now let's get to 100% and beyond!
As you can see with the image below, we've now unveiled our community goals. We've created these to encourage backers to share the game around and spread the word about Deathground. Every goal met unlocks the backer-exclusive in-game items for you to use and show off! So please go forth and share. If every backer persuades at least one friend to pledge to the game, we'll smash the goal in no time! This image will be viewable on the main Kickstarter page.

Thanks to 1000 backers in 3 days! With your support, we've managed to hit 38% of our funding goal in 3 days and we just passed the £30k funding mark. This is great news and we look forward to more backers joining so that we get closer to hitting the goal and begin to unlock our stretch goals, which is exciting stuff. Please spread the word about the game and help us get there!
Whilst we opened up our Discord server to our backers yesterday and gave access to the members-only channels, today we're opening the main Discord channels for everyone. Backers get assigned the special "Raptor" role (or the dinosaur that is related to higher tier purchasers) and can access exclusive updates within the members-only area as well as interact with everyone in the general channels. If you're a backer, you just need to jump into the role-call channel and dm our beloved RaptorBot with confirmation of your Kickstarter pledge. There's lots of activity in there already and it's exciting to see everyone talking about the game and dino related stuff.
